Beacon Extranet Launched by Guidelight

Guidelight Business Systems of Austin, TX, has established and launched an extranet to better serve its clients. Developed as a secure accesspoint for project stakeholders, the extranet, named Beacon, provides a web-based portal through which clients and Guidelight team members can share documents, status, and other information.

Given the sensitivity and proprietary nature of client project data, Beacon is secured with robust encryption algorithms and role-based access. Users enter Beacon and are assigned appropriate access rights. Once authenticated and authorized, users are free to exchange and contribute project assets and information.
