Guidelight's Favorite Firefox Add-ons

As a relatively new Firefox user, I have only recently discovered the world of Firefox add-ons. As I started to explore the multitude of available add-ons, I thought it would be interesting to ask other Guidelight team members which add-ons/plugins are their favorite.
